Dame Music 44 review

For the first release of 2021, label owner Bloody Mary is launching a new series which aims to blur the lines between EBM, dark wave and acid. The release comes after the huge success of her collaboration with Cardopusher on last year’s Conformity Kills EP, and straight off the back of the label’s 10 year anniversary compilation. Alongside Bloody Mary herself, this 4 tracker features a hand-picked selection of established and fresh artists whose tracks she has been supporting over the years.

Kicking things off on the A-Side is Bloody Mary’s track “Snatch”, followed by the renowned French artist Millimetric who’s welcomed to Dame-Music for the first time with his track “Body Alert” on A2. On the flip we see two more label debuts, this time from Russian artist Meshes on B1 with his track “Roleplay”, while Colombian artist Delectro rounds out the package on B2 with the heavy hitting and aptly named “Panic Rage”.
