It is said that the Codex Futura were those Mythological Codices that could predict the future, supposedly forged at Stonehenge, and that Julius Caesar captured by defeating the last Gallic Celtic armies at the Battle of Alesia in 52 BC.
The Codices were taken by the Gothic king Alaric I during his looting of Rome in 410 AD, remaining in Visigothic hands for centuries that took them to the Iberian Peninsula after his conquest of Roman Hispania, where the trace of the Codices was lost to forever.
