* When ‘Stuck In The System’ dropped on Pinch’s imprint Earwax back in ‘07, he detonated a multicoloured paint bomb onto what was then a relatively monochrome musical landscape. Since then Joker has continued to carved a path of his own amongst the new generation of electronic music producers and can lay credible claim to birthing a new brand of vivid productions some label as purple.

* Joker: Reimagined is a collection of Jokers favourite productions from his back catalogued reimagined by some of his favourite producers right now. DJ Khaled might have titled it ‘The Best of The Best Remixed By The Best’ but we’re a bit more humble on these shores.

* 7 cuts which include a massive remix of the inaugural Joker release, Stuck In The System from new Bristol talent Asa & Sorrow, the already heavily rotated remix of Joker & Ginz collab Purple City from Deep Medi Muzik and Butterz whizz Swindle and long demanded release of Kromestar’s take on ‘Tron’.

* Everybody featured here comes correct, not a filler in sight in this the latest in a stellar line of Kapsize releases.
